We are honored to host the amazing organic wine vintner and grower Robert Sinskey alongside Guest Chef, Nicholas Wilber from The Fat Radish Savannah, for an unforgettable evening in the Rose Room! Join us for a 6 course dinner with select pairings, personally led by Robert Sinskey.

For over thirty years, Robert has grown his 100% organic and biodynamic certified wine growing operation to over 200 acres of premium vineyards in the Carneros and Stags Leap districts of Napa and Sonoma Valleys with a philosophy that “Wine is not an athletic event.” Robert's intention of making “pure wines of character that pair well with cuisine” is the perfect introduction to a beautiful wine dinner in the Rose Room, featuring Guest Chef Nicholas Wilber of the Fat Radish in Savannah. Chef Nicholas brings remarkable experience and talent to the table, with a distinct appreciation for seasonality and sustainability, creating meals that are authentic, healthful and delicious.
